They Sell you a system (Sentricon by Dow industries) to the tune of a couple of thousand dollars to install and a hefty yearly service fee and the termites march right past it and eat your home. Had the system for 3 years and not one trap was hit! And had alot of further damage to our home. The service men are lazy and ill informed. And the owner will use every excuse in the book. Keep Looking for another Company!
